With more than five miles of corridors, this vast complex of museums chronicles the history and accomplishments of mankind over the last 2000 years, featuring classic masterpieces such as Rodin’s “Thinker” and the Sistine Chapel.
I recommend everyone must pre-book their ticket otherwise you'll spend a very long time in line. The artworks are impressive but the museum is crowded with A FLOOD of people so you can't comfortably stand long to admire pieces without being jostled. About 30,000 people come here daily.
Me and my father had a wonderful experience in this tour . The tour guide Alessio, was extremely nice , friendly and he explained every detail of the Vatican with patience and care for the whole group. We were amazed on all the history, art and architecture thanks to the explication of Alessio. Excelent job Viator!
